Deep in the jungles of Africa there was a thirteen year old boy named Jabari that belonged to the Angola tribe. To become a man, Boys the age of fifteen had to hunt and kill to prove they could take care of their family and tribe. Jabari thought he was grown enough and didn't want to wait to prove himself worthy. So early one morning he grabbed his bow and arrow to take on a safari. As he's walking through the jungle he remembers where his father had told him where the dangerous jungle cats prowl before his fathers death. His father was definding the village from a white lion that had been killing villagers. His father put up a tremendous fight but in the end his fathers triumph couldn't over come the power of the beast. Jabari thought that if he could take down that wild beast his tribe would respect him. He walks into the jungle with determination and fear all at one time. He finds a source of shelter where he could hide and not be spotted as if he were in the open. A few hours passed and he had seen nothing. As he started to leave he heard a noise a few yards away. He turned and looked, it was two giant white lions. He drew up his bow and concentrated on the lions and rememberd the scar on the lion that his father had left reaching down the side of the lion. He will have to take down both to survive. He sees the lion with the scar and takes the shot. He misses.... The lions stop... Turn their Heads... And charge. He's running through the jungle and the lions are right on his tail. He's dodging trees, bushes, and thorns when he sees a spot to hide. He crouched down and waited for the lions to pass. The lions passed they stopped. Circled around..... Then ate him.
